“Our Love Is Poetry In
Motion”
By Anglia Emmendorfer
Don’t you like
surprises
You told me I do
We have really been
blessed my Love
I whisper back to you
That’s your first I DO
Waiting for two more
too.
When you say something
three times
It is true.
You said to me that
I’m all that you can
think of always.
That means you have to
save
The last I DO for the
end.
Yes, baby, soon, very
soon.
You say to me
You want that to happen
When you home.
You have to save the
second I DO
For that special day
The third I DO will be
for the end.
I just wanted to say, “Thank
you”
Specially, you allowing
me in your life.
I want you to remember
Every day while on
patrol
I will be there beside
To grab you from harms
way.
Thank you baby for
always
Bringing out the best
in me.
I love you so much
unconditionally.
Whenever I think of
you,
I feel like I’m flying
Above the skies
No harm can get to me,
I’m coming home my way.
Turning towards you
babe
With tears streaming
down my face
I wish you a sweet I DO
While praying for you
and your men too
For your safety, for
your courage
For the life you save.
You are coming home
Our love is poetry in
motion. Amen
I walk in your
footsteps
To hold you tight
Praying to for God
To hold your heart
safely
In his hands
Everything will be
alright.
You tell me it is time
To go on patrol
With all your men.
Stopping in your pace
You give me a smile
Across your beautiful
face.
You tell me don’t worry
I mean the whole world
to you
I am always on your mind.
Go—Go quickly
Don’t look back
Our love is poetry in
motion
I wish I had a potion
As great as God’s love
To bring you back to me
In time.
